Terms, refunds & privacy

What you buy

A one-time digital product: a personalised 30-day plan, generated from your answers and shown on a private page. Price €3 (taxes handled by our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy, who is the seller of record).

Refunds

Not happy? Ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase by replying to your receipt email, and we’ll refund you in full.

Health

The plan gives general information for healthy adults and isn’t medical advice. It isn’t suitable for under-18s, pregnancy or breastfeeding, eating disorders or underweight people. Check with a doctor if you have a medical condition or take medication. You train at your own risk; stop if anything hurts.

Privacy

We store your quiz answers (age, sex, height, weight, activity and food preferences) to show your plan, and the order details from Lemon Squeezy (order number and email). We don’t sell or share them. Payment details are handled by Lemon Squeezy only. Ask us to delete your data at any time by replying to your receipt email.
